For returns for store credit or exchanges (AUS ONLY): If you are looking to make an exchange or get store credit, that will be possible if it is within 30 days of placing the order and also the item(s) are unworn and unaltered in any way. Please email email@example.com with order information and what you would like to exchange and we will send you further instructions. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your exchange once it comes in and to get your exchanged items or store credit back to you.
For returns for a money refund: Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to begin this process. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to us in unworn and unaltered condition within 30 days of receiving the product. Not doing so may result in a restocking fee. Please print and include this form with your return. The amount refunded will go back on the card/service used to make the original purchase.
